How do I purchase the E-Gift Card for a friend?

You can click here. Enter your email address and add the value you would like to purchase to cart. At checkout, please enter the recipient's email address before making payment. The E-Gift Card will be sent to the recipient's email address.

If I receive an E-Gift Card worth ฿500, do I have to use all ฿500 at one go?

Yes, you have to. The E-Gift Card value can only be used in one transaction and any residual amount left will be forfeited.

What if my purchase (e.g. ฿600) exceeds the value of my E-Gift Card (e.g. ฿500)?

After entering the E-Gift Card code, the E-Gift Card value will be deducted accordingly from your order total. The remaining balance can be paid via standard payment methods.

Do the E-Gift Cards expire?

Yes, the E-Gift Cards have a 3-month validity period from the date of purchase.

Can I extend the validity of the E-Gift Card if it expires?

Unfortunately, E-Gift Cards have a strict 3-month validity period that cannot be extended.

I purchased the wrong E-Gift Card value for a friend. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, E-Gift Cards sold are non-refundable.

Can I stack the E-Gift Card code with other deals discount codes?

As stacking of discount codes and gift cards is not allowed, you will not be able to use both an E-Gift Card and other discount codes/gift cards in the same transaction.
